Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be given once the product has been received by Wholesome Critter Designs.
Because this product is made-to-order, there will usually be a two-week processing wait. In a positive way, producing goods as needed rather than in large quantities contributes to a decrease in overproduction, which is ultimately more sustainable!
